What do I do if I get a 'Security' error?
If you receive a security error then exit the website and try to register/sign in again. This problem may be caused by using a dated browser.

Your browser must have Cookies and Java Script enabled (using the menu options View | Internet Options | Advanced).
What do I do if I get a 'Javascript' error?
If you receive a Javascript error then exit the website and try to register/sign in again. This problem may be caused by using a dated browser.

Your browser must have Cookies and Javascript enabled (using the menu options View | Internet Options | Advanced).
What do I do if I get a 'Server' error?
If you consistently get a server error then please contact us and let us know exactly how the error occurred and we'll look into the problem.
What do I do if I keep on getting logged out?
This might be due to the internet security settings on your computer blocking our cookies. Ensure that cookies are enabled and try again.

You can also try by lowering your security settings:
  • Try setting your internet browser security settings to low. If you're using Internet Explorer, go to the top menu bar and choose Tools | Internet Options. Select the 'Privacy' tab and move the slider down to 'Low' then click OK.

  • Try disabling any firewall software that you are running on your computer. Note that it is not safe to drop your firewall permanently.

  • Try using a different computer as this may have lower security settings.
